An excellent tool for the development of the reaction, sustained power and acceleration of an athlete's sprint start. The waist belt has a Velcro® quick release to allow coach to release athlete at any point during drills. Quick release can be adjusted to provide minimal resistance for beginning athletes. As power, strength and quickness develop, Velcro® belt adjustments can provide maximum resistance for overload phase drills and, when released, overspeed drills. Coach holds belt with one hand, releases with the other. Can also be used as a full resistance harness.
