Velcro®: Avionic grade hook and loop material exceeds grip requirements even after 5000 assembly cycles. Covers: The weather and ground covers use the same super strong vinyl coated woven polyester as used in our pit casings with top and bottom heat sealed seams to keep moisture out. Mesh: Top of base units are made of vinyl coated woven polyester mesh for superior strength. The mesh top allows for the desired escape of air which provides optimal landing compression. Seams: Extra heavy #138 nylon thread is used throughout. Seams are folded and triple stitched then welded together using a high frequency heat sealer to increase strength and provide water resistance.
