Cover has a 5" opening for the pole and a lid that simply unlocks with a coin and lifts out of the way. Ring has O.D. of 6¾" Attached with a safety cable that keeps lid from being lost or misplaced. Lid attached to 3 ½" ID x 9" deep steel sleeve for easy installation.
