Athletic fields are often shared amongst various sports and activities. This situation often creates interference and congestion. The Gill Ball Stops can prevent some of this chaos by constraining stray balls to their respective fields of play. Much time can also be saved by not having to chase down errant shots on goal, etc. Net bottom unhooks for convenient passage between venues.Fabricated from 4" diameter, 1/8" wall, 6061-T6 aluminum tube. All poles stand in 40" deep vertical ground sleeves fabricated from galvanized steel. Poles can be removed, but are of substantial weight and are for more permanent applications. A 1/8" vinyl covered steel cable runs through the top and the bottom of the net to minimize sag and to prevent balls from rolling underneath.
