The offsets on these extruded aluminum standards are raised and lowered by a timing belt/pulley system redesigned for high durability and operated by a hand crank. The eye-level readout window displays a crossbar height in both Metric and English measurements. Measuring system is attached to the offsets providing accurate readings. A 3" adjustment range window allows for initial calibration to correct for uneven ground. Offset heights are adjustable from 3' to 21'. Steel base adjusts from 16" in front of the box to 32" behind the box. Bases easily slide and include a bubble level and adjustable leveling pads. Athletic fields are often shared amongst various sports and activities. This situation often creates interference and congestion. The Gill Ball Stops can prevent some of this chaos by constraining stray balls to their respective fields of play. Much time can also be saved by not having to chase down errant shots on goal, etc. Net bottom unhooks for convenient passage between venues.Fabricated from 4" diameter, 1/8" wall, 6061-T6 aluminum tube. All poles stand in 40" deep vertical ground sleeves fabricated from galvanized steel. Poles can be removed, but are of substantial weight and are for more permanent applications. A 1/8" vinyl covered steel cable runs through the top and the bottom of the net to minimize sag and to prevent balls from rolling underneath.
