Extra long (12 inch) foam covered handle is comfortable to use and hold. Works well with all bands and tubing. The webbing strap has three attachment positions. A single band/tube can be attached at the center or either end point. Two bands/tubes can be attached at both ends. Simply thread band/tubing through adjustable webbing strap and pull down fastener to secure band/tubing in place.
