Item #: CN-1416 Climbing net programs provide fun, fitness, challenge, and success at an individual pace. Endless movement experiences for indoor PE, adaptive, and recreational programs. Instructors can easily limit and control the height and area of feet available for climbing, making the activity suitable for all levels of ability. Spotting, supervision, and landing mats are essential for safe use of this equipment.Indoor climbing nets are hand-crafted using quality 3/4" poly rope with 3/8" poly rope vertical lanyards utilizing a "non-slip" hitch design and a 12" square grid, allowing numerous climbing movements. The top of each net has approximately 4' of lanyard for tying the net onto smooth-surfaced ceiling hardware. The MVP offers an unstable and sensory-stimulating platform to facilitate balance and proprioceptive training and postural reactions. The lightweight board can be taken anywhere. The boards can be used for: balance, coordination and proprioceptive training; ankle and knee strengthening and rehabilitation; core strengthening and stability; ankle range-of-motion and flexibility; and improved posture. The MVP boards have a slip resistant textured top surface. The boards have three stainless-steel insets on the bottom (five insets for the rectangular board) to accommodate the "screw-in" instability ball(s). To use the board as a rocker simply insert two balls into the stainless-steel insets on the bottom of the board. This allows the board to move in only one plane of instability. To use as a wobble board place one ball in either the center inset or in one of the extremity insets. No need to buy five different tubes with handles. Cut your cost by more than half with one set of handles and five different replacement tubes. Prevention magazine shows some great exercises in the May issue using the replacement tubing. j/fit would like to suggest at least one set of tubing with handles to increase the variety of exercises. If you are looking for dumbbells j/fit sells the neoprene grip weights that are easier to use than standard dumbbells. Great for seniors, rehab, or arthritic patients. May we also suggest using a door anchor "to help save the furniture"! You can find the door anchor in accessories. The large cushioned rotating handle, paired with strong, durable nylon strapping creates one of the best handles on the market. Adjust the length by double wrapping and combine tubes together to increase strength and versatility. Exercise balls are used to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and even just for fun. Balls are used by pediatric and NDT therapists as an aid for vestibular movement and equilibrium therapy, by fitness professionals as an aid for stretching and strength programs, as seats, and even by pregnant women in birthing classes. The Cando balls have a non-slip PVC vinyl surface that is ribbed for extra security. The balls may be "under" inflated to give a soft, mushy feel or "over" inflated for a firm, bouncy feel.
