Foam has a tough-skin colored coating.Safefoam comes in 8' lengths and is pre-slit for easy installation. Easy to cut to length or miter corners. Fits completely over any round pipe that is 2 ⅛" in diameter or across chain link fence tops. Secure safe foam with tie wraps (sold separately).
