All bleachers include chain link system guardrail and risers above seat row 4. Bleachers meet requirements of NFPA and the new anticipated CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) standards, excluding aisle requirements. Freight to Hawaii or Alaska, as well as expedited shipping costs, will be quoted to you by email for your approval before the order ships. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.Because of it's size, this item can only ship by Freight (instead of UPS) with normal shipping time being 2-3 weeks (there is no rush delivery available for this item) from the day of ordering. The shipping charge of 12% covers freight shipping to a commercial address.
